Featuring solid oak furniture, luxurious King and Double size beds, flat screen TV’s and modern en suites including power showers, we offer the perfect surroundings and facilities for all guests, for all lengths of stay.

Easy to find on the A390 between Par and St. Austell with free parking on arrival and less than a 5 minute drive to The Eden Project and walking distance to a selection of golden sand beaches and Carlyon Bay 18 hole golf course.

Dining? Try our Chef’s exciting menu in our recently refurbished “Waves Restaurant”, but be sure to make a reservation to avoid disappointment. NEW from February 2012, The Brit also now offers a fantastic carvery in its very own new Dining Area. BOOK NOW to enjoy a fabulous choice of Cornish carved meats and fresh local vegetables! Drink? Relax and enjoy time out with a choice of real ales in either our tasteful Lounge Bar with fire, our Public Bar featuring live sports on several flat TV screens or head to our renowned garden and terrace with outside bar for a refreshing tipple from our wide range of beverages on offer.

Please note; Breakfast is served between 8am and 11am, unless a pre-arranged (Special dietry requirements can be catered for and takeaway breakfasts/snacks can be pre-ordered).
Check in is from 3pm, unless an alternative is agreed. Check out is 11am, unless an alternative is agreed. Discounts are available for block bookings, group bookings or extended length bookings.
Terms and Conditions: All bookings require a 50% deposit. Regretfully we are not always able to amend a booking, however if we can accommodate we will do our best to try. In the event that we are unable to, all bookings must be honoured unless we are able re-sell the accommodation. This same condition applies to cancellations.

Transport/Collection to and from The Britannia from train station etc can be provided when pre booked and agreed.
Special requests, newspapers, diets, taxi booking service etc can be provided for when pre paid.
Reductions available for block bookings, group stays and multiple night stays
